Generally fair value for the money

Great view of Wellington, staff friendly , general overall appearance good , security cameras well located and the lifts worked well.

Whilst the room itself was quite acceptable ( great curtains ) the bathroom was in need of a refurbish , dated in style , tiles could have done with a re-grout . Coffee mugs could have been cleaner and old grounds in the coffee plunger .

Exceptional

Great location with a decent view, quick check in/out and polite staff. Breakfast buffet options were nice and light, and the hot meals were good. Nice spacious rooms with thick walls and good heating, outstanding water pressure(maybe even a bit too much). Parking is reasonable to pay and a lot cheaper than public parking.

Not much ventilation in the room, single beds were a bit small but I'm pretty large so that's understandable. A small amount of mould along the windows from condensation.

Great spot

Great spot! Awesome view of the harbour and city. Close to restaurants and the nightlife. Able to enjoy a walk around the bays in the morning

Room was big, clean, and comfortable. Great location, good view.

Quite dated bathroom but was sufficient. Meal at the restaurant was not nice - steak (ordered medium) was gray on outside and red/bloody inside, was almost like it had been microwaved!), the entire meal was cold, and very overpriced for what we had. Only had a couple of mouthfuls and left it.

Noisy from traffic on busy road but otherwise clean and adequate for the price.

It was very close to the venue that I was attending. was also close to supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Lack of ventilation. I had to open the windows which was then very noisy from the traffic.

Heater on and not turning off. Door kept rattling thru night.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, a good shower, a good information guide about facilities in the hotel, and helpful and hospitable staff, parking is easy to access.

Parking is expensive, and I was disappointed breakfast had closed before 10.00 am as advertised, some corridor noise at night as doors have a gap at the bottom for air circulation.
