Breakfast was good, the building was old and we had to walk up a lot of stairs

Excellent location. The Realdo Bridge and the Gran Canale are close by. The hotel is easy to find. It is located right on Campo San Lio. I arrived early, but they checked me in right away.Very polite and friendly staff
Everything was great!

Room was fairly priced considering the alternatives in a busy weekend in Venice. However the whole place could use an upgrade, everything is quite dated. 24h reception and a few stairs to reach the hotel so not suitable for everyone.
