This hotel is more like a bed and breakfast style. The rooms are quite small, but enough for just sleeping and getting ready for the day. The breakfast selection although minimal was enough and the coffee was excellent. The staff was polite and helpful, you can tell they really take care of the grounds. The garden are very nice.

No Air conditioning, the pool was not operating, and close to a busy road.

Tuscany on the outskirts of Warszawa, takes the stress out of a visit to the capitol.

Really relaxing and lovely, the garden is so romantic. Great for a visit to Warsaw, especially if you have a car, and don’t want to feel like it. The young guys from the front desk were so accommodating!! Scrumptious breakfast, the restaurant is convenient and tasty too. Traveled with a dog and the location is fantastic, plus everyone was so friendly to our pup.

Some of the linens could be updated, in general the bedding could use a little investment.

Had backpackers breakfast !! Minimum !! The bathroom was very tiny and the shower head was next to the wall . Which means you couldn’t stand under the shower head !!

This is by far one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed at! the photographs uploaded by the property managers don’t give this place justice. it’s impressive in all of its details and perks. Exceptional high quality interior and mouth-watering food. Gardens are a beauty to the eye and the staff are super polite, friendly, and professional.

Located outside the city's busy life and the noise of heavy traffic, Villa Toscana is a piece of Italy in the suburbs of Warsaw. The beautiful colour scheme, the flower pots and terracotta, the fresh pasta, basil sauces, rustic bread and chilled wine, the room's balcony, the wall art - every small detail attended to. Highly recommended!

Rustic Italian hotel in the middle of a forest. Tranquail. Friendly staff. Reasonably good breakfast.

It's in zone 2 of Warsaw, i.e., not in the city centre area. If you have a car, then its ideal. Otherwise public transport can take far too long to get into the city.

Very nice place and atmosphere out of the city. Friendly personel.

personel was very freindly. We arrived 1 hour after check-in time(16:00) however rooms were not ready, so we were offered "anything" we wanted from the menu, while we waited. Breakfast was nice, simple and good. very nice atmosphere and "completed design"

Too bad the pool was being renovated/out of order.

So beautiful place, the interior and inside courtyard, every detail, piece of Italy on the outskirts of Warsaw, rooms were clean, restaurant was good and Marcin, our host, so super friendly and very good english, thank you! Bonus point for safe motorcycle parking!

For our plans perfect location and connection with the public transport, good wifi.

It was a bit noisy in the evening, room was a bit small.

The villa nice, but the breakfast very poor and bad, sort staff.

The gardens, the gardens, very nice... we love it.

The breakfast it was bad, no one look after the guests what they need, always missing some, the fly every where on the food uncovered.
