Very good location for stay before/after trip to Warsaw - easy to get here from highway.
Also it is comfortable, clean and silent.

Staff doesnt seem to be trained. They have no idea about area, transportation, even amenities incl vs to be paid for with the room .We've assumed breakfast was incl.based on the room description. Nobody asked us if we want
to sign up for it either at the check in. The next day the staff was almost hostile when we sat to have a breakfast and it wasn't listed. Room was dated with ripped bed posts and holes in the walls. One key per room even though there were two people staying. Villa is in the remote residential area, address - the numbering is kind of strange.Not intuitive, not easy to get to without a car or proper directions by public transportation. Breakfast was mediocre, coffee maker was broken too. Staff not very friendly.
