The staff were so welcoming, polite, helpful and made the stay even better
Upon arrival we decided to pay for breakfast on the first morning which was from 7 until 10. We got there at 9 and there was no hot food left, there had been sausage, bacon and scrambled egg. One of our party had about a teaspoon full of egg but nothing else hot. The cold options however were excellent, cereals, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses (the swiss cheese was delicious) meats, different breads and spreads etc. I would give the breakfast a 7/10 but had there still been some hot options I would give it a 10.

Good location for cycling round lac leman; secure room to keep bikes in overnight.
Comfortable bed and lovely pillows
Restaurant (run separately to hotel) only served pizza and was shutting for refurbishment the next day so choice very poor.
Advertised roof top terrace but nothing up there.
Lift didn’t always work

Been here many times - our favorite in this area! Highly recommended. Book early or book odd days as it does get busy on weekends.
Been here for many years and many different rooms for all types of family sizes. Place is getting tired and minor maintenance and upkeep would be good. But overall great!

The rooms were spacious
Proximity to train stop and cully
The rooms were clinical. Being charged for coffee capsules if using more than two despite it being a room for 4. The breakfast was not great. The cooked food was cold. There wasn’t a large choice. The coffee machine was constantly causing issues
