The clerk that checked us out after the stay tried to trick us in paying one extra night. 7 isted of 6.
I asked to times to the desk when I handed in my car keys that the car would be charged and was promised that it would but did not happen twice.

The welcome was both professional and warm. The room was top notch, with a gorgeous view. The bathroom and the bed get a 5 stars. Fantastic location (lake, city...). The whole staff turned out to be extremely kind and helpful, and very pro.
We took the "unlimited spa access" but didn't go there once. It was relatively far away from our room, and crossing the main lobby hall in a bathrobe was kind of an additional hindrance. But then again: the bathroom was 5 stars - it was our private spa.

It is a nice hotel with a historic building. That is all.
Inside the room, you can not find the "must" items like a hygiene bag or a shaving kit, a toothbrush, etc. How can a 5-star hotel with extreme prices not fill the bathroom and also the minibar with regular items?
