Sono tornata per la seconda volta perché mi ero trovata molto bene anche la prima nel 2021. Ho motivi familiari per anda

Posizione ottima per andare ovunque a Losanna e dintorni , perché proprio in centro storico, ma anche in posizione centrale rispetto ai mezzi: vicinissima alla metro e con una sola fermata alla stazione dei treni. Al contempo molto tranquilla. Molto gradevoli gli allestimenti e gli arredi

Équipe exceptionnelle et emplacement génial

Très bien placé, au calme du secteur piéton et pourtant à 10min de marche de la gare, une équipe exceptionnellement gentille et serviable, ce moment était très agréable.

We moved on because we did not like Lausanne old town. Not much there to see.

Room was very nice - sitting room and bedroom -Bathroom had a separate toliet room -very modern and nice. THe room was quiet but no view.

Room was very nice however it was very very hot -they had an air conditioning unit that was moveable and you had to use it in the room you were in (there was a bedroom and a sitting room) otherwise it was stiffling hot. We did not care for the location.

Great location in heart of the old town, excellent breakfast with several hot offerings, including eggs, bacon & pancakes. Very modern and renovated. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds, pillows and overall comfortable room.

Weak water pressure from shower head. In room refrigerator didn't work. No air conditioning. Although it was a relatively short distance, it was an extremely difficult walk to the hotel from the train station, up very steep inclines with suitcases. I am 70, my wife 68. We were extremely exhausted by the time we reached the hotel, and my wife strained her shoulder. Somehow, the hotel should have advised us of this and discouraged walking from the station.

I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the hotel. It felt like a family home. Staff were good. Cleaners were very good. Everyone showed us love.

Was so clean and you found water and coffe and tea for welcoming in you bedroom. The gave us 15 € discount for parking . Bathroom Was also clean. Breakfast Was enough rich and fresh .

The indications to get to the hotel from the train station were very accurate. The hotel is very well located. Breakfast was complete, fresh things and varied. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and quiet. I highly recommend it.

Nice stay in Central Location

Lovely hotel in the city-center, which is pretty walkable. Super comfy bed and friendly staff.

While I appreciate that breakfast is included (and there are diverse choices), I was disappointed by the warm breakfast choices (only watery eggs available). Nonetheless, there are sufficient items from which to choose.

Amazing location in the city center. Large family rooms. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Housekeeping was good. Breakfast was good but maybe would vary the cakes/breads and would provide fresh squeezed orange juice and more different type of fruits.

Big stains on the carpet that would need to be cleaned. Very obvious and did not give a good first impression.

Excellent landing spot for exploring Lausanne. Would definitely recommend and would book again without hesitation.

Easy to find using public transport. Close to many restaurants, cafés, shopping. Excellent staff.

The hotel location is nestled into an extraordinary pedestrian neighborhood. The hotel is stylish and clean, and breakfast is abundant.

If you come in a car you need to be in shape to haul luggage up lots of stairs and through streets from the closest lot.
