Beautiful old-world elegance, exceptional service, a wonderfully comfortable bed with superb linens, excellent breakfast, and a magnificent lakeside setting. Refined, peaceful, and luxurious without being pretentious.

The hotel is beautiful and so lovely! The staff were very nice too.
The staff failed to replace the coffee and tissues in the room. Had to ask. Also the closet light kept coming on all night. They did fix the following day, but after a long travel day, it was pretty miserable. Also the shower was incredibly slow to drain. Also, staff waked into room without knocking not knowing we had checked in.
