This is the most wonderful hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything is exceptional, from the beautiful architecture of the property, the magnificent gardens and breathtaking views of the lake, to the elegant rooms, exquisite cuisine and absolutely amazing SPA. Every detail makes this hotel truly special.
What impressed me most, however, was the staff. They were always warm, welcoming and helpful. The people are undoubtedly this hotel's greatest asset.

The location, the buildings, the garden and the lovely staff. Much less stuffy than might be expected in such an exceptional hotel.
Nothing to dislike really - clearly quite event heavy so there was a lot of “backstage”
activity around the circulation and outdoors which was not conducive to the air of calm, and The Bar is pretty pricey!
