Wonderful and relaxing stay in a lovely location!

The tipis are in a in a lovely location with beautiful landscaping and the sound of the river in the background. There is a kitchen and covered eating area complete with a hammock for lounging with a book. The wifi works well. The tipis are comfortable inside- there are colorful rugs on the floor, mattresses, and thick blankets, and they have little lamps with an outlet as well. The showers are hot! We went with our kids, they had a blast romping around the property and playing in the tipis. Its good family place, but we were bike tourists/dirtbags in our prior life and a spot like this would have been a dream. Highly recommend the breakfast! Caraz is way more chill than Huaraz, I'd recommend this place as a first step for acclimatization. You can walk to town, down to the river, or to trails in the foothills nearby.
