We had a lovely time at this hotel. It is situated next to the lake. It's very pleasant. The staff are very good, and we were very happy with the service. We particularly enjoyed the dinner in the evening and felt the food was really delicious. Breakfast was good, there were plenty of options and the view was a really nice start to the day. There are a number of nice little hikes around the area. Would definitely recommend this place.

The staff is amazing, very welcoming and warm. The seeming pool is nice and the view is lovely. Room was clean.
The hotel itself is cheap and quite old. Breakfast is very simple, bare minimum.

Excellent view to the dam Kardzhali. Great size rooms. Clean and comfortable. The host was super friendly and helpful, we were pointed towards places of interest to visit and all our questions were answered.
There's good hearing in the rooms supplied by an AC and local heating.
The curtains are thick and dark, allowing you to block the sunlight in the morning if you wish so.
Overall we're pleased with our stay and would stay at the hotel again.
Comfortable but a bit unkempt. Otherwise lovely place for a short stay, close to the dam and nature walks.
