The hotel or may be guest house is located really close to the old city of Zlatograd (3-4 min walking distance) and 10-15 min walking from the city centre.
There is no dedicated parking but you can park on the street.
Room is spacious, the mattress and pillows are fine and some of the rooms have a nice terrace. There is also a small fridge in the room.
For breakfast you have a choice of several options - all three were delicious.
I think that value for money is good.
The kitchen is just below the rooms and there is a sliding door to the staircase that you need to close every time you pass so you stop the smell from going up to the rooms.
Rooms are spacious but definitely need renovation. The fridge had a strong smell of mold.
The staff was friendly but all the time I had the feeling that we are kind of intruders and bother them.

The location is good, with view of the river.
The breakfast starts at 08:15, which was late for me and the work I had to do. I asked kindly if I could have something ready at 08:00 but they said they couldn't help. The room was very cold when I checked in. The only heating in the entire house is with A/C, which is very bad if you don't like to sleep with a noisy A/C on top of your head. I also didn't like the bed and pillow which are too old and need to be changed with new ones. There was a noticeable bad smell in the room, which I feel is due to the old beds.
