Прекрасно място с невероятно топло посрещане!
Останахме очаровани от семеен хотел „Флора“ в Златоград! Спряхме тук за почивка на път за Гърция и това се оказа най-доброто ни решение. Още на рецепцията бяхме посрещнати от собственичката с изключителна топлина, усмивка и истинско родопско гостоприемство, което веднага ни накара да се почувстваме у дома си. Стаите са изключително чисти, уютни и поддържани с много любов. Локацията е удобна, а атмосферата – релаксираща. Благодарим от сърце за прекрасното отношение! Със сигурност ще се върнем отново и горещо препоръчваме хотела на всеки пътуващ!

Our room was very nicely laid out. It was clean and comfy . The balcony door had a full length fly screen on it so we were able to leave the door open all the time to let fresh air in. There was a kettle so we were able to make hot drinks. There is a coffee and breakfast room on shore, but we didn't use it.
Location wise, it was a level 400m walk from the town centre. Parking is available immediately across the road from the hotel in a dedicated part of a small parking lot.

Clean. Comfortable bed.
Not very polite owner.
Central heating is switched off at 23.00. It is not very strong. If the winter was cold, would be a big problem.
I used the air Conditions which is the cheapest Chinese one and very noisy.
Room was like an attic and colder than the rest of the rooms.
Mediocre breakfast.
Cheap place but it is not worth it. Went there because everything else in Zlatograd was taken.
Thin walls, noise is easily heard.
