The natural surround is great
First the problem was that it wasn’t a possibility to pay at the hotel and they make you pay on a link, that is usually unsecure. I had my reservation here with my Credit card. And they send me a lot of messages tormenting me that if I didn’t do the pay by the link that they were going to cancel my reservation

Lo que más nos gustó es el ambiente de selva y el chico que hace los huevos en el desayuno es genial!
El servicio al cliente tiene mucho que mejorar. Nunca habían paños disponibles. La infraestructura se ve muy deteriorada. El check out hubo que esperar porque la gente estaba en reunión y he escrito varias veces para preguntar por algo que dejé olvidado y ni siquiera se dignan a responder.
Es una lástima! El lugar tiene mucho potencial.

Overall, I liked the hotel! What I mean is that with a little investment and effort, everything could be exactly like the photo posted on booking.com.
The breakfast was good, but the staff wasn't up to par.
I can't say anything about the pool, as I didn't use it.
The place is old! The ground-floor studio looks dirty due to the old construction, but the upstairs room is fine. The front door and terrace are very ugly and noticeably lacking maintenance. The breakfast was satisfactory, but the replenishment was poor. Furthermore, there was no gluten-free bread or cake. Staff was understaffed.
I didn't use the pool.
