The hotel has a very tranquil riverside setting and atmosphere, super helpful staff, well‑maintained pool area, and on‑site restaurant and bar - food is OK. We organised a river trip on the hotel boat, the member of staff that took us was very nice, he knew so much and spend a lot of time showing us the fauna and flora.

Very nice staff . Very cool to see howler monkeys daily. The housekeeping staff were very nice. Garden area was nice.
AC good in the rooms. I had a fridge but not all rooms did
It is quite far away from anything. A 20 min very hot walk to the nearest village to get food , beer etc..
Music at the pool bar was often loud and annoying.
Not a lot to do there . Food at the restaurant is marginal for taste and value
Food at the resort is very expensive as are drinks and there is not really many places to eat elsewhere
