Did not get the room booked. No A/c. Poor breakfast invisible staff. No help with luggage

Good location for Santander Ferry port surrounded by some interesting countryside. Rooms were clean, neat and tidy and comfortable.

Breakfast didn't start until 9am. Couldn't find hot water in dining room to make tea and no staff in the dining room the whole time we were in there.

It was lovely the staff were nice and helpful. The rooms are lovely and so is the pool and jacuzzi. The food is very nice and the breakfast is free.

We loved everything about this guest house. It is in a beautiful location, the staff were very helpful, the pool and jacuzzi were lovely, the grounds are pretty and very well kept, the breakfast room was unique and the choice was fantastic although we needed help to work out how to make tea! There is ample parking and the location was ideal as we were catching the ferry from Santander to the UK the next day. We were even given a departing gift. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

There was absolutely nothing that we did not like.
