Location, access, facilities, staff.
Toilet paper was not refilled by cleaning staff during room clean; soundproofing is urgently needed for room 217 from outside noise. Constantly hearing loud noise was not helpful.

The location for trams and walking distance to cafe and restaurants.
No microwave to reheat food.
The bed was very uncomfortable and hard as a rock to sleep on compared to other Hotel and motels we have stayed at. Recommend upgrade of your beds and at least a microwave in the room for added convenience.

Room was close to where we had to go,it was clean and tidy and the staff were excellent

it was a nice room that had the right amounts of beds needed.
There was no way to open the window for fresh air, as we got the room with a child we wernt aware there was no microwave which was disapointing, the tv kept shutting off and the lady had to come and re set it.
