the hotel is located towards the middle of the long Promenade and a few streets back. this means that it is quiet and still only a 10 min walk into the historic centre of town - I cant rate the staff highly enough. Welcoming, friendly and willing to help with anything. The staff in the Utopia restaurant and bar deserve special mention as they made my holiday that much more special with their cheerful disposition and friendliness.

Lovely staff, good breakfast
Room very small, no wardrobe space whatsoever. Bathroom lights came on automatically and took a long time to go off - not ideal. Also a green light over the door illuminated the room making it difficult to sleep
