I loved the location! 6 mins to the beach, 1 min to shop, restaurants start just outside, 8 mins to train station and a vibrant neighbourhood viewed from the balcony. The room was so clean and super comfy, it had everything you need (single traveller, 8 nights). Bed was delish. And the owners are super friendly, kind and so welcoming.
I didn't want to leave!
The only tiny, tiniest little thing was that the other guests were just insanely loud and completely disrespectful to any "quiet hours", slamming the doors and shouting all night long. Having said that, it's Barcelona for you and holidays so people just party. AND it has really nothing to do with the owners. Maybe a clearer communication of that to the guest would help? Or maybe not.

This us a great find! Nice and central but also quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful! We stayed in small apartment with fantastic terrace! Brilliant air con as was very hot.
Nothing! Would stay again. WiFi was poor.

Everything was great, especially the housekeeping woman, she so lovely and friendly woman. In total the whole team did amazing team work.

The room was decent size and had a comfortable mattress and some conveniences, like kettle and small refrigerator. It was conveniently located between the old town and the new part of town.
I had asked for a quiet room on a high floor but their response is that they can't guarantee you that. The problem is that the hotel faces a fairly noisy square with cars, motorcycles and a garage coming in at all hours, plus people who bring their dogs which often bark, and small groups of men --drunk, I suppose--who congregated every afternoon for hours talking loudly and yelling. So if you are trying to get some rest during the day, or sit to read a book on the balcony, forget it. On the other side, there is a noisy cafe. It's fairly quiet at night, but during the day, forget it. The hotel has poor insulation/acoustics, so youwill hear all the noise other guests make walking up and down the stairs, moving chairs, etc. I would say noise is the main drawback.
