Everything was just as I expected. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I would gladly return.
The only downside was that the room key card worked quite inconsistently, which was inconvenient at times. Additionally, the breakfast selection lacked vegetables — there were only fruits available, which I personally don’t prefer. These small issues slightly affected the overall experience.

Location perfect. I could go back to room to use the bathroom or change clothes then go back to Parrotts Bar Terrace.
The gentlemen in Reception were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good but when I come down one day at 10.45 the staff man was cleaning the grill and was not so happy to cook an and bacon.
But if again I would try to get up earlier!
The room was Dark. The window looked out onto very tiny space 2m x 2m.
Very little daylight!
On the Booking.com website It showed breakfast. I thought my room came with breakfast.
I think it was not clear enough.
