The room was large with great amenities. The swimming pool was lovely as was the beach.
The breakfast on offer was huge (probably too much food as some of it was again presented the next morning - not a good sign)
Check in staff - rude. Some staff appeared to be racist - did not enjoy this at all. Please note, not all staff were like this; some where very good but for a St Regis hotel, we were disappointed and would not recommend staying here.
Room not being made up prior to 4pm.
No golf buggy serviced offered to us to get to the restaurants - had to walk down the steep dark pathway/driveway.
Exit from the building to the pool area needs to be improved - its like you are using a staff/load area.
