Zulal is an exceptional place where I really found myself refreshed and my cup filled. Its so restorative. Everything about it makes you feel seen and present. The food is incredible and healthy with so much variety, the facilities, hydrotherapy, treatments and the absolutely incredible staff. What a place!

The facility was even better than I expected, and the staff were incredibly kind. The food, activities, and rooms were all of excellent quality, contributing to a wonderful overall experience. I want to give special thanks to the manager, Mahdi, who went above and beyond to resolve a problem that wasn’t caused by the hotel.
The information on this site was inadequate and noticeably misleading. It failed to clearly disclose that the resort is divided into an adults-only section and a family section, each with distinct packages and separate room tiers. This lack of transparency significantly impacted the accuracy of the booking expectations.

Beautiful location and lovely ethos that is embedded within the Zulal culture.
Thank you to everyone who made this a fabulous experience. Primarily I would like to thank the nameless individuals who deliberately sidelined themselves- the ground staff, cleaning people and back office staff- I see you and appreciate the back breaking work you do.
I thank the staff that I did get the privilege to speak to and have contact- also hard working and dedicated. Beginning with Mariam (housekeeper), aizoon team- Dua, Divani, Mohammed and crew- Al sidr side zainab and crew-
Thank you to kinza, the yoga, and fitness classes teachers, kwala for walking me to the classes-
Massage therapist- Angel (truly), safoora, chalita- front desk of whom I had a lovely chat- I did see senior management but I believe they were busy with other guests???
Absolutely lovely experience- hope to return- already have had a friend visit and she enjoyed it immensely too!
I was not offered an equitable opportunity to use the different types of wellness treatments as I had booked via booking.com- I end up spending over £220 for 2 treatments that were otherwise included in my friend’s wellness program- maybe go directly to them…
