Great spa, view, luggage handling, and the overall property.
Limited Indian breakfast. Balcony wasn’t clean at all, I stayed in 112. The minibar/refrigerator was empty. No iron in the room, had to ask for it, not fast. AC is weak (perhaps due to peak summer).

This hotel gives you a cozy vibe .. in terms of the architecture and the design of the room .. the size of the room is very comfortable … the view is magnificent . Moreover , the staff will always be available and ready to help and will always be polite . Special thanks to the receptionists and the house keeping . In conclusion , One of the good places to celebrate any special events in terms of space , amenities and view .

I would like to thank the receptionist for her warm welcome and for helping us check into the hotel quickly. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel.
I was not satisfied with the supervisor’s attitude and manner, as she was not cooperative and her approach was neither polite nor welcoming. I was also disappointed that the villa kitchen lacked basic utensils and supplies. There were no trays, plates, or even cups available for drinking water.
