It was clean, ac worked correctly. The area is quite, the kitchen was well equipped.
The shower could be improved as the shower handler was not working well.

Una villa muy acogedora y tranquila. El anfitrión ha estado muy atento y servicial, procurando hacer que me sintiera cómodo durante mi estancia. La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien equipada, tanto en la cocina como en el baño.
La conexión wifi era inestable y débil la mayor parte del tiempo, por lo menos dentro de la habitación. En ocasiones no había agua caliente en la ducha, no sé si quizás se puede deber a la coincidencia con otros huéspedes en el uso de los baños.

The garden looked nice, we appreciated the water upon arrival and the air conditioning worked well. Close to bus station although far from centre or ferry.
I'm surprised by the very positive reviews: bathroom tiny and difficult to take a shower as nowhere to put the showerhead, not enough space for two people especially with hand luggage and 2 small backpacks, all of the equipment is tired (need to replace in particular the mattress but also the towels and sheets), some cooking equipment was dirty. Some upgrades (new mattress, new towels) are really needed to make the place comfortable....it felt like an obstacle course to get around the apartment. Drying rack appreciated but too big for the balcony.
