Az óváros központi részén található, ezért minden fontos szolgáltatás a közelben van, éttermek, bárok, boltok. A bejutás nagyon egyszerű a szállásra, személyzettel nem találkoztam, de az érkezésünk előtt üzenetben megkaptam minden fontos lépést a szoba elfoglalásához. A nappali, a hálószoba és a fürdőszoba is tágas, minden szükséges eszközzel felszerelt. Pár napos nyaralásra, itt tartózkodásra tökéletes választás.
Gyakorlatilag az egyik legforgalmasabb sétálóutcában van, emiatt esténként sokáig nagy kint a zaj. Ezzel mindenképp számolni kell, főleg egy péntek vagy szombat estén, ilyenkor a füldugó használata erősen javasolt azok számára akik nehezen alszanak el és kell nekik a csend. Az ablakok jól szigetelnek, de teljesen természetesen nem tudják felfogni a zajt. Nagy negatívumnak azért nem mondanám ezt sem, cserében minden egy karnyújtásnyira van.

La ubicación era inmejorable y el apartamento es amplio, limpio y cama cómoda. Cos almohadas para elegir.
La única pega que le pongo son las escaleras de subida al segundo piso que son muy empinadas.
No es apto para personas con poca movilidad pero para nosotros no fue un problema.

The property is exactly as described in the pictures. Its a newly renovated room and bathroom right in the center of the old town Zadar. Location wise is top notch especially for young people.
There was a continuous smell of mold from the bathroom. Despite keeping the sliding door closed at all times the smell was still present especially early morning. I tried to keep the ventilator on but it seemed like it was making things worse than better. The room is located on the 3rd floor of a small building and has 55 very steep stairs to it. Kindly avoid the booking if u r traveling alone with a luggage heavier than 10/15 kg. I was traveling alone with both my very small kids so it took the life out of me to bring the suitcase up and down the stairs ( provided i do go to the gym:) Yet climbing the stairs multiple times in one day with two small kids was a challenge.
Not sure if this is important or relevant but noone welcomed us to the place not checked if we have checked in. I find this quite unusual especially since i own few rentals and never have i imagined not greeting my guests even with a tiny message on the day of their arrival.
The place is missing sort of a cloths drier / hanger … as it was raining all day long we got our clothes wet and there was no place to properly hang them apart from the tiny rail in the bathroom. I found it rude to have to put them over the windows as few other guests had done. Something to consider …..
