The entrance to the apartment looks like it’s in disrepair n is in the process of being renovated. It was quite off putting. The apartment itself was very tastefully done n very roomy n comfortable.
There is no wifi. There is no lift so getting luggage upstairs is not easy.
You need to check messages before arriving so you know the code to the lockbox for your room.
It is in a great location.

Located right in the heart of downtown, perfect walking distance to anywhere. Contacted the property ahead of time and notified them of our expected arrival time and received easy and clear instructions to our room. Very easy for 24 hours in Zadar. Highly recommend

Wonderful location! Owner was very responsive with all requests. Great coffee shop down the stairs!

Light was not working. Found long hairs on bathroom floor. Furniture looked fancy but it was worn out and damaged. Outside very loud. No reception. Private apartments with lockbox for key.
