The apartment is one large room, partially split down the middle with an old wall/windows. One area has two bunk beds and the other a sitting area with a sofa and a high table with bar stools. There is a bathroom with a shower. The frosted windows face the courtyard of the building so for privacy there is no view, but plenty of daylight. The room is smart and clean. We had enough plates and glasses for us to use for breakfasts. There is a mini fridge which was useful to keep drinks in. There isn’t any washing up area so we just rinsed the plates off in the bathroom sink. There was a nespresso coffee machine and Toni had left several pods for us!
The biggest benefit of this apartment is the location! It is only 2 minutes walk from the cathedral, sea organ and ferry boats. There are many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. It was very quiet and there was almost no sound from other residents or street noise.
There was a PS4 which my children loved!
There was a key safe so we were able to let ourselves in. Toni was a great host and communicated well before and during our stay.
More shelving for clothes storage would be useful and a few more coat hangers.

De locatie. Het appartement ligt echt midden in het centrum van oud Zadar!
De airco. De matrassen.
Er is een geluid in het gebouw (ventilatie?) dat mij belette om goed in slaap te vallen.
Een broodmes en een afwasteiltje werden gemist.

Posizione ottima
Non ho avuto alcun contatto con il proprietario , un po’ umida poiché posta al piano terra senza finestre per il ricambio dell’aria. Il titolare ha lasciato capsule per caffè, ma senza zucchero , palette e bicchierini di carta . I letti a castello se non si è agili li sconsiglio.Non la riprenderei , rapporto prezzo pagato - servizi non buono
