A small, air-conditioned studio with a comfortable bed and a compact kitchen, including a dedicated parking space. It is located about 10 to 15 minutes from the center of Zadar by car, making it a convenient base for exploring the city.
The bathroom could be improved. Using the small shower cabin is quite challenging, as there is no holder for the handheld shower head, so it has to be held by hand at all times. There is also no shelf or storage space for toiletries such as shampoo or shower gel. These additions would make the space more comfortable and practical for guests.

Property looked exactly like on the photo. Clean, comfortable, with all needed facilities. Terrace and common garden was super nice and peaceful. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming people.
Location is a bit far from the sea,approximately 15-20 minutes by walk.

I like that room had a conditioner and it was clean, beautiful and tidy room.
Very small parking, location far from the center and the owner was a little bit rude, we didn’t feel welcomed.
