Breakfast was served hot and was well cooked. Cold dishes were also very good. The room was fine, cleaned every day, the only downside was that storage space was limited. Dinner was quite pricey, however the bar menu was good.
Maybe a lift to the first floor.

Beds were very hard & sofa bed squeaked whenever you moved!

Clean room, good location, good breakfast
Room far too hot and window could only open a little. It was also noisy as right next to kitchen extractor fan. Bar expensive ( London prices), and some staff clearly needed more training.
