The breakfast was amazing with a great selection. We also had dinner in the hotel in the evening we first arrived and that was very good too. We loved the peace and quiet and in particular the rooms (clean with good spec bathrooms) and the very comfy beds. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially the ladies on reception and in the restaurant. Good amount of parking and overall a clean and tidy hotel.
The only things we didn't especially like were the chips with the main evening meal as they weren't crisp enough for our liking. We understand the stance about not providing kettles in each room for drinks facilities and once you get your head around that (and understand it's an Eco hotel) and that quality drinks are available at drink stations on each floor then it becomes less of an issue but worth noting for others.

Breakfast food was good but we had to move our dirty plates/bowls away, otherwise they piled up on the table.
The hotel restaurant was empty in the evening. The food was just ok. One main meal was very vinegary and the desserts were waxy and hard to eat.
