Great location, easily accessible, clean and comfortable room, great restaurant recommendation from the friend and welcoming owner.
Minor quibble, applies to most of the accommodation that we stayed in on the trip, so not singling you out, as it seems to be common across the motu.
A lack of hooks to hang clothing, damp towels, etc. on.

The reception staff member was excellent. Unit was perfect.
Bathroom door difficult to open after having been locked.
