Location was lovely bed was comfortable and the spa was beautiful

Overall, we absolutely loved the loft. It had all the charm and cosy atmosphere we were looking for. The breakfast provisions, snacks and spa robes were a lovely touch and made our stay feel extra special. It was such a relaxing experience, and we would definitely recommend staying here.
There wasn't anything we disliked about our stay. If we could suggest a couple of small improvements, it would be adding a few rugs in the lounge and dining areas during the colder months, as the floors were quite chilly, and a mattress topper to make the bed even more comfortable. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The room itself was comfortable and the location was peaceful with nice surroundings. The bed was comfortable.
The eggs provided for breakfast on the first day were frozen and not usable. Bacon ok.Had to call and ask for extra coffee, tea and sugar and still received no sugar. There was no staff available at the property on Monday, guests were expected to clean after themselves, and no breakfast was provided on the second day on the second day of stay. The service and hospitality did not meet expetations. Windows and the rangehood look like never been washed before.
