Good breakfast provisions. Plenty of choice. Close to the village centre and the gardens. Amazing OTT toilet! Clear instructions were given for accessing the property.

The rooms were cold even with the A/C. There is nowhere to sit and relax except in the entrance hallway.

A charming cottage in a dreamy location. Treehouse was very comfortable, peaceful, in beautiful surrounds and in a convenient location close to Olinda township and Rhododendron Gardens. Thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace all set up to go and with ample supply for the cold weather, the spa, the fresh flowers, and the incredible decking over the forest that felt like walking amongst the treetops. We had views of the forest all around and absolute privacy during our stay. Communication with host was perfect and the added extras were highly appreciated, especially earlier check-in and vegan provisions. This was our second stay at Arcadia and each cottage has been super memorable with its own unique charm. Absolutely love this stay and look forward to a future return.

cozy wood fire, beautiful ambiance, comfortable bed. cushions were on point. hot tub. easy location.

not much options for breakfast. heaps of rules. communication was a let down. no tea towel. dishes cleaned or $50 fee is incredible. just wanted to relax. whom I phoned gave me the abc of what not to do. pretty sure we are not 5 yo. no microwave or oven. just stove top.
