Great location and lots of friendly people. So easy to meet and make friends here
It could definitely benefit from some renovations and fixing the elevator. No one likes lugging suitcases up flights of stairs

Breakfast was adequate, staff friendly, great location, basics were good.
Too hot in our room 102. Fans didn't work well and we had to leave the door open which meant we couldn't sleep because of the noise outside!
TV didn't work as WiFi was down for the 3 nights we were there.

Location ONLY - Prime position. Staff very friendly. Nice that we had our own bathroom. All in all Manly didn't disappoint. Biggest highlight was going to the beach to watch the sun come up.
We knew going in that the complex was a budget backpackers facility. We knew what to expect and what we were walking into. This was a deliberate booking on our part and the fact that it was only one night we were willing to go with it. Other hotels were far too expensive for a one nights stay, not willing to pay $400 plus for one night. Surprisingly had a good sleep even though there was some yelling and yahooing from pub patrons.
