Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location and cost. The beach was just a short walk away, ferry to the city within walking distance, coffee, BP petrol station, take away food and small grocery shop on the corner a few metres away. Did not need to use the car at all once parked.

Not an issue for us but the rooms being in an old and vintage building, the stairway to the upstairs bedroom might be an issue to some with mobility issues, bad knees, etc. as the stairway is narrow and non-standard, i.e. the steps are a bit higher than the norm these days.

What a really friendly place you have. If I ever come to Sydney again I will book with you.

Nothing really. They charged me 30 dollars to park my motorbike! the same as a car but no big deal.

Handy to the beachfront and the staff were really helpful, responsive and friendly.

Really uncomfortable pillows, but the main detractor is the condition of the property and the rooms. Everything seems to be broken or repaired with a poor quality band aid solution. There weren’t insect screens on the windows either, so heaps of bugs came in if you needed fresh air. There were plenty of annoying guests making loud noise late too.
