The eoom is a little small, but clean, generaly speaking; the bed has no laundry, I mean not at all, and the reception was empty, so I cant ask to anyone. But at the end, spmeone call me and ask about the laundry🤣🤣.

favourite place in Nessebar's Old Town
Love the place! This is the second year in a row we are staying here and the hotel remains excellent value for money, at the perfect location (right above the beach, the view from the top floor is great), and with lovely staff who accommodated our requests. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom, which is not too common for the hotels in the Old Town (we've been coming here for a while now, trust me); you have an excellent view from the balcony; all the basics you need are available - closet space, mini fridge, plenty of electrical sockets to charge all your stuff, etc. There is also a restaurant as part of the hotel which opens early in the morning and closes quite late so you can get a coffee or some food at pretty much any time which is super convenient. Overall, I couldn't recommend this place more!
No complaints.

It's perfect, comfortable, clean and by far the best value for money.
The accommodation is perfect, comfortable, clean and by far the best value for money. We spent 3 nights here and on the island, but we will definitely go back. Our room had a stunning view of the sea and the beach. The staff was very helpful even during the booking process. During the 3 days we visited the island and Sunny beach, so unfortunately we only had time to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant on the last night, which I am very sorry about, as they prepared very delicious food and the service was also very good. If you can, this should be the only place you eat during your visit. Thank you for having us there for some days!

Best location and nice facilities for this overdeveloped peninsula
Probably the best place to stay on an overly touristy peninsula which has lost its charm due to endless souvenir shops and restaurants. It's in the northernmost, still residential part overlooking the only real beach. The facilities are pretty new and in great shape with double windows to keep out the incessant screaming of sea gulls and a great view. Internet and TV work well and parking at 5 euros a night is 2 minutes away.
The guest house is fine, but the adjoining restaurant, which should be full due to its nice set-up and great view, merits some of the negative comments from customers. The chubby waiter was desperate to get us to order more and sold us an off-menu "king" fish which turned out to be almost twice the price of other fish - and which the owner did not even know they had. It did not help that it was half raw (and thus had probably been frozen...) He was visibly annoyed when we just rounded up the bill for a tip (the tradition in most of Europe) and then did not even thank us when we added an almost 20% tip. His actions, and apparently similar antics by other waiters, put the whole establishment into a bad light. Too bad, because it's basically a nice place.

The best SeaView in Nessebar OldTown
We booked a double room with a sea view. The room was very spacious, with a big bathroom, comfortable bed and a balcony with an amazing sea view. That view worth every penny.
Maybe if they would train their cleaning staff to clean the room now and then, during the stay, or maybe just to empty the trash can. The last day we spent there, they didn't come to empty the can and we had to buy our own toilet paper. Other than that, everything was fine.
