Everything was amazing. Can’t really complain about anything. Would recommend to book this hotel.

- big gym with many machines - you can hire a tennis partner, pretty skilled guy - they have good shisha and shisha master. You can make shisha at the beach, amazing experience - great breakfast options - rooms are new and clean, AC works great - nice and friendly stuff, all of them! - amazing specious pools

Excellent- excellent breakfast! 3rd floor difficult for older people Jessica , conciert was so helpful returning Lost bags by airport!

Bathroom floor was not washed!! 3rd floor was VERY difficult for people in 70’s!

Wonderful stay

Super rooms, gardens, facilities and right beside beach. Staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful.

Perfect, luxury experience. I felt like a celebrity.

Everything. Beautiful hotel. Staff exceptional, couldn't do enough for us. We stayed in a villa with private pool and it was beautiful. Breakfast was very good. Although a buffet, you didn't need to queue up waiting for your omelette, etc., once you placed your order you returned to your seat and staff brought it over. We were also presented with freshly prepared tropical fruits to try each morning.

Overall Superb.

The facilities were top class. The breakfast and dinner was always a treat. We were blown away by the service of the staff - in particular Ade, the waiter was exceptional.

Swimming pool was dirty , no variety of Indian food , chef tried to make Indian food was not good as well, hotel was too far inside , not sufficient things for kids , no kids play room , beach was not clean either

If you’re thinking about staying here absolutely do it!

The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond with service, had honeymoon decor out upon arrival that we didn’t even request, food at Arwana was absolutely amazing, breakfast has so many choices and everything was great, cocktails were great, absolutely everything was exceptional. Also walking distance to a little strip mall type area.

High-class luxury!

The overall comfort of the stay was top notch. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable including making arrangements for my wife’s birthday during out stay. Rahadi’s above and beyond service at the Arwama restaurant was much appreciated, head chef - Baskara made our last evening memorable by specially cooking a dish as per our request. Pretty much, all of the staff was friendly and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this place and would like to visit again in the future.

Меня поселили в красивый, просторный, видимо недавно реновированный номер, на этаж повыше, как и желала. Не очень большая, но ухоженная и красивая территория отеля. Отличные завтраки, приятное место для завтраков, ресторан на пляже выше всех позвал. Персонал весь приветлив и заботлив. Отличная уборка номера (действительно, белье немного пахнет печеньками - видимо, процесс стирки или хранения организован неправильно).

Не претензия именно к отелю, но море в этой части непригодно для плавания (если Вам не 3 года). Отливы сильные, в отлив до нормальной воды не дойти. Приливы раз в день и кратковременные, даже в прилив мелко, буйки в 10 шагах. Кондиционер прекращает работу при открытой балконной двери (кто это придумал?), с ним холодно, без него - жарко.

I loved it!!!!

The hotel's garden area is stunning, a perfect oasis. It's beautifully maintained, with well-kept grounds, beautiful flowers, plants, and trees. Everything is in its place, and the view is so captivating that you can spend hours wandering the area, admiring the scenery. The pool area is very organized, well-maintained, and clean. Comfortable sun loungers are available both around the pool and along the lagoon promenade. We had a room with lagoon access, and it was a great experience to step out from the room and be surrounded by trees and flowers by the lagoon. The food is delicious, prepared with great taste, and beautifully presented. An added bonus is the variety of authentic dishes to choose from. The beach bar is very charming. The staff is amazing, displaying the usual Far East kindness, humility, and smiles. Every member of the staff deserves praise. The rooms are fine, although our initial room had an unbearable musty odor. After reporting it to the staff, they promptly switched our room.

Unfortunately, there are certain parts of the building where you can feel and see that it's an old building.

Beautiful beach and location. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Cocktails were amazing with the best bar waiting staff especially Armini and the mixologist were out of this world. We are missing this hotel immensely.

Lovely relaxing stay with excellent facilities and clean

Beautiful property, peaceful and clean. Staff were so friendly, always had a smile on their faces and couldn’t do enough for you. Food is more pricey than the usual Bali prices I was used to in Ubud but so tasty and worth every penny! Lots of pools which were well maintained and clean. By all the pools there’s a table with buzzer so you can call waiter to your table and order. At midday they usually pop round with a complimentary ice lolly which is kind of them. We did the Balinese hat making activity which was fun. The room we booked was a standard king bed room. It was lovely and it had speakers so we could plug in our phones and listen to. You can walk on to the beach from the hotel and this beach was peaceful and calm and nice. Nicest hotel we stayed in in Bali.

Evenings were quite quiet with not much entertainment. Melia next door and Westin always seemed to have lots going on in the evening, it would be nice if Laguna could have a little bit more

Luxury a la Laguna! Stunning Resort.

Staff very professional, providing exceptional service. Helped to make my husband's birthday special by going above and beyond expected. Fantastic buffet breakfast every morning, clean and fresh, extensive variety to select from. My second stay at Laguna, will be back for a third time in the future.

This resort was beautiful, and definitely worth the money but its definitely resort prices

The buffet breakfast was super fresh and delicious but a little over priced. There are tons of choices and they will even make you a fresh coffee, eggs any way, or a smoothie by order. They had everything from Asian cuisine, pancakes, donuts, pastries, fresh fruit, sushi, cheese bar, proteins, ect. We went to cornerstone deli our last two days and that food was great, big plates and cheaper than the buffet.

Not a fan of the service charge on everything, we didn’t notice it and were tipping decent until we saw that on every receipt.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We were given a free upgrade! There was plenty of choice when it came to eating out. The room was clean as a whistle and was perfect for a couples retreat.

Top quality hotel and experience

The hotel was exceptional, we loved the lagoon access room and the private beach. The lay out and the numerous access points to the lagoons and swimming pools was fantastic. The staff were incredible and we could not have asked for more.

The spa is extremely overpriced and we found another very nice spa for half the price. We also had some noisy neighbors so we asked to move rooms and they moved us to a quieter part of the hotel. If I could give one bit of constructive feedback it would be to try and group families with families in the hotel and couples who want more privacy to be assigned to a different part.

Endless pools and a super breakfast

Gorgeous lagoon paradise. Highly recommend for some pool relaxation time! Staff were super, breakfast was awesome and the pools didn't disappoint

They charged additional fees to use the day beds both on the beach and by the pool, which just seemed a bit greedy. If you're paying and staying, you should be able to use the facilities.

Very nice stay! I do recommend for families who want to rest and have a nice days

Property is very well located, the beach is very nice and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast is very good with different options.

The pillows for me weren’t comfortable. Too soft. In the beach bar/restaurant orders took long time.
