The staff were so attentive, polite and friendly. I wonderfully clean, quiet and chilled hotel. Lovely rooms and comfy beds.

The pools were lovely but in some parts you often questioned the cleanliness. The location on the beach is great. Nusa Dua in general is lovely.
The food was awful here. Almost unbearable. I personally wouldn’t call this a 5 star hotel, probably a 4 star but still descent enough. The beaches don’t seem very clean though so you’ll mostly use the pools.
