Buffet breakfast was great. Pools were nice and relaxing. Shuttle to the beach club very convenient. Filter water provided. Aircon works well.
Ants everywhere in the kitchens even if you move rooms the new room will have them. Being asked to give up holiday time to do sessions about purchasing a time share. Staff being fake nice but not really caring about issues. Too many trainee staff out of their depth. Running out of pool towels. Towels not clean. The water at the beach is dirty lots of plastic and rubbish floating. Dinner menu not great and over priced food is very basic.
