The property, it was designed. Spacious and well furnished and maintained rooms.

Breakfast was good. I think the breakfast is more directed towards Asian cuisine. They still have a lot of options though.
The staff is very friendly and respectful. Especially the ones working in the breakfast room, very quick and helpful.
The view from reception onto all the apartments is really nice. 10+ for who thought of designing it that way. I would recommend to make a nice picture there with your partner / friends, etc.
The pool is nice as well, a bit low, but still good to swim in.
The rooms are quite dated I would say. Refreshing the rooms with new outlets, interior and looking at some broken stuff is probably a good hint for the future.
I still think the hotel is decent. Bali is not cheap, so in this price point, you sometimes have to accept what you get.

Visually appealing and mostly helpful staff.
The splash restaurant is the worst I have EVER eaten at. Gym and games room not even open. No pool bar or seperate adult only pool as advertised. Day beds on balconies are pretty gross. Stained pool towels and cold pool. Average breakfast with very slow and unreliable egg service.
