Very spacious and lovely kids friendly hotel!!

Well appointed, pool and grounds were immaculate. Food quality and options were excellent. Hotel manager - Jan was really friendly and engaged with customers.

Pool bar had limited range and no happy hour. Rooms were expensive/was expensive for a resort not on the beach.

We had an amazing family holiday at Mövenpick Jimbaran Bali and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The resort is super family-friendly, but it doesn’t feel like it’s only designed for kids. The pools are fantastic; huge, beautifully designed, and with several connected areas that feel like completely different spaces. You can spend each day in a different part of the pool and almost feel like you’re at a different resort! The breakfast was one of our highlights. There was a massive variety of food, with plenty of options for both adults and kids, so there was something different to enjoy every morning. And then there’s Chocolate hour every afternoon! Our kids absolutely LOVED it. It was such a fun little daily tradition and definitely one of the things they looked forward to most. The kids club is also excellent. Kids can stay for up to four hours a day for free, and there are activities running every day. Some activities have an additional cost, but they’re very affordable. It gave us a chance to relax or go to the gym (which is actually pretty good, too) while knowing the kids were having a great time. You really don’t need to leave the resort if what you’re looking for is a relaxing family holiday. Between the pools, food, kids club and daily activities, there is more than enough to keep everyone happy. The staff were incredibly kid-friendly and welcoming, and the whole resort made travelling with children feel easy. And finally, they also have the Spa inside the resort, where you have access to massage (or many other options). I had the deep tissue massage, and it was just a fantastic experience, from the cold flower tea I had prior, to the relaxing post-massage time I had as well (they serve us a ginger and honey tea that was just amazing). We would absolutely stay here again!

I can't think of any downsides.

This place has a lot of entertainment for children, slides, dancing, chocolate hour etc. The room is comfy and there is lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The place is too big for the staff to handle. My room was ready way after check in - 5.30 pm. Nothing was offered to compensate it. When I mentioned this at checkout they had to call the manager and offered a cocktail at 10 am! Which didn’t make sense.
