The greeting was a beautiful introduction to Balinese culture. So warm and friendly. Our room was out of this world. It was a luxury apartment! They managed to have a walk in wardrobe vibe. Separate bathroom room with a huge bath in the middle. It was the type of space we needed after a 16 hour flight. The property had organsied our taxi from the airport which was seamless and really helpful. The breakfast buffet was a treat and the food quality was amazing. Erica and Keisha were so warm, accomodating and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience. The gym was quaint but really clean, slick and they offer fresh cold juices and cold towels. The swimming pool is salt water and we enjoyed the layout. The staff really makes this place such a brilliant place. Everything feels functional too. They have their own private exit and arrangement with local businesses so you can access the beach.
There isn't enough pool chairs and the guests can be quite rude about saving chairs or just taking yours. We had to ask the staff for help regarding extra chairs. The rooftop bar and evening dinner didn't meet out expectations compared to the rest of the facilities and experiences at the venue. That doesn't mean to say it wasn't good- just we didn't enjoy it as much as breakfast or visiting another hotel to watch the sunset.

Friendly service the staff couldn’t do enough for you they welcomed you every time they saw you and made things very comfortable. Breakfast was yummy

room pool access very hard to enter exit pool ladder.
1 restaurant very hot.had to go tru private restaurants to get to the beach. lots of rubbish.
