It is closed to the beach and Bali collection shops and the quiet pool and the gym
It is hard to choose the meal from the hotel vicinity unless the guests pay for meal packages or club access.
The room services is not satisfying as the meal I ordered( beef rendang) did not come with rice.
However, we got a really amazing upgrade to a suites n I can’t fault the services from their staff!!. It’s 10/10!!
They are so friendly, helpful and accommodating:).

Great central location and on the beach; restaurants/food were nice, kids club amazing, staff helpful with room set up for family of 5 with young children, airports transfers etc.
Rooms and some facilities are slightly dated.
