It smelt nice, great location & friendly staff
We had a high floor room but we didn’t get a view we were looking into offices… also the breakfast was very expensive but therare a lot cafes inside the train station.

Location is at Shin-Osaka train station for easy access to all transit systems. Room is large and comfortable. Staff was accommodating and efficiently called a cab for us. Comfortable in room seating.
Breakfast is too expensive. We expected traffic noise because it’s next to the freeway and train station, but the soundproofing between rooms was thin. Could hear a baby crying next door for an hour and a man continually hawking his throat. The bidet is not a a Toto, so poor quality in terms of support and directional washing.
