The location is amazing, the staff were nice amd the room small but really clean and comfortable

Good location that's about a 5 minute walk from Shin-Osaka station. There's also a Lawsons right outside of the hotel for late night snacks or withdrawing cash if you need it.
My room was facing the train station and I could hear the trains. Im a light sleeper and this wouldn't be a problem if that low level noise doesn't affect you

Good location and the staff were very friendly
Perhaps with the hot weather the aircon was not strong enough, they gave us extra fans

The location to the train station
I got there at 130. Check-in was at 2. I asked if they had an available room. They did for an additional fee. Hmmm.... I was going to wait, but there was no seating in the lobby. Weird! When I finally checked in, my room was soooo hot. I asked the staff to help me adjust it, but they could not as the rooms were not individually controlled. Luckily, the window opened, but it was very uncomfortable. I had to keep my room door open most of the time to get a cross breeze. The bed was good, but the pillows were like bricks. The room was small but ok other than that.
