Breakfast was self catered BUT there is a excellent Lawson's downstairs with all you need. Hotel has free coffee and ice machines.Hotel is very close to station East Gate with elevator access. Area like most of Japan is very safe but a bit lacking on choice of restaurants.Staff were excellent 👍👍👍

The location is good, near train station, which provide enough shopping and food selections.
Room space is too tight for even two 25 inch luggage, that is a no sign sign for revisit.
