Nice stay with an amazing location
I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Termini. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and everything you need nearby. The air conditioning felt like heaven during the summer heat! 😄
The room was clean and neat, with an adequate number of towels provided. The reception staff was available and helpful whenever needed.
Overall, a comfortable stay in a very convenient location. I would be happy to stay here again.
A few things that could be improved:
The breakfast selection form was a bit confusing. I selected specific items, but I was told that I had selected all the items on the menu. It would be helpful if the form were made clearer, as it is difficult to know exactly what has been selected.
Also, finding the hotel floor/reception can be a little confusing, especially for first-time guests. Mentioning clearly that the reception is on the 2nd floor would make arrival much easier and more convenient.
