Proximity to the city center, termini station, very safe location , the apartment was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for the breakfast - eggs, juice, coffee, bread and etc, which tasted just fine. Andrea, the host, was very responsive and helpful. A big advantage that he allowed to leave the luggage in a safe place after check out.
It was a bit noisy cause the street was right below.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B! The location is fantastic—just a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum and less than 10 minutes from Termini Station. The area felt safe, and everything we needed was within a 5-minute walk, including lovely cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket.
The apartment has a laundry machine and luggage storage which was very convenient.
Andrea and his girlfriend were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They provided us with all the information we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Our room was clean, and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning. ☕️
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome!

The host was exceptionally fast to provide clear directions. We appreciated the location near the train station since we had an early departure. The apartment was very clean. Waking up to a nicely set breakfast table and a good coffee was truly appreciated!
We suggest the owner hire a professional tradesman to replace the caulk in the bathtub.
