Good location. Nice breakfast.

Noisy - very noisy in the morning. Our 8-year-old was horrified to find gummy bears (not hers) stuck to the carpet. The pool was like child soup with external lessons and internal guests, rendering it impossible to swim lengths.

Need more options on lunch and dinner menu's, can only order pizza for room service after 9pm..

Overall wonderful experience from start to finish. Such a child friendly hotel. Staff cannot do enough for you which is very helpful when you bring children. Place is constantly being cleaned. Great value. Will definitely be back.

The Breakfast was one of the best I have had away and the staff were really attentive and professional. I will book to stay there again when I am back in Ireland to visit my daughter.

Very modern. Easy access to train. taxis easy for get to Gorey.

Our room was beside the lifts which unfortunately has a chime and can be heard any time of day. Also a lot of children on the property due to its use as a Playcentre/place to visit. So hard to get a lie on. Recommend for young families.

good location and facilities

too many hotels prioritise families with young children over those with no children. Kids running wild not exactly a good experience for older couples, even those who have been parents themselves!

huge bedroom and great location

the staff were at times quite strange. on the phone very unhelpful and a bit rude. then at dinner a member of staff told me “are you not scared staying in a hotel alone, you hear horror stories about people coming into the rooms at njght” which was a very weird comment and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was left waiting at both dinner and breakfast for over 20 minutes before being asked if I wanted water or tea never mind taking an order despite me trying to get their attention. I appreciate that they were busy but I think because I was alone I wasn’t getting the same treatment as those around me. obviously most of the staff were very nice but i just feel there were a few too many instances where the staff were a problem on this trip, I wouldn’t stay again because of it.

The staff were very nice and the hotel is located very close to the town. It was good value for money.

The hotel is quite dated and rooms are dark. Could do with a refurbishment.

we stayed for a function. manager at the function was extremely rude. Vegetarian was told would have to wait 1.5 hours for food. Door locked and had to use a fire escape to get into the hotel and then had a night porter looking to charge an extra €120 to stay there and threatened the guards. bad experience.
