Fab food, excellent activities, friendly staff, outstanding cleanliness and service
Staff were mostly good but let down but one or two less enthusiastic members. One receptionist, one server at breakfast. Food was fantastic but expensive

Facilities, room was nice and big and lots of room for kids
Breakfast was awful , the "hot" food was only warm, the beans were not refilled even though they were empty. I asked for vegan pancakes and they spent 30 minutes kept saying be out soon ended up having to cancel as had a meeting to attend. The vegan sausages were really bad- please get rid of these and simply have dennys sausages available or something thats tasty! Very dissapointed with breakfast overall. Asked for toast and what came out was warmed bread, not toast. Only had almond milk as an alternative- not a fan. No oat, cococonut or soy? Crazy! AT the BGB restaurant downstairs I nearly ate a prawn taco because the waiter put two dishes down referring to them both as cauliflower tacos. Misleading with the 2 for 15 with the tacos on the menu, we thought we were getting 2 dishes of tacos when it was 2 actual tacos only. Very confusing. Also got questioned about our payment for the room which was a little odd 3 days later!
