Haven Waters Motel & Apartments

Very clean and a fabulous location

The bed was a little small for my husband and I.

It was a nice, clean venue and good size rooms. A great onsite laundry and a washing line for guests to use which is a bonus. Quiet, nicely kept grounds and pool.

The folks at the front desk were super friendly and helpful and the property itself was very nice. We would absolutely stay here again without question. Plenty of shops in town and across the bridge and heaps of places to go hiking within a relatively close proximity. Had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

That we didn't stay longer. Maybe next time!

the position is great and very much value for money plus the room was very neat and tidy

we were travelling up from the central coast for a funeral i contacted the premises the day before asking if we could get in an hour before check-in just to freshen up i was told to call the following day after 11.00 am . i called at around 12.00 the day of arrival and spoke to richard i said we were only about an hour away and we were heading to a funeral and was hoping to get in early to freshen up at around 1.00pm and he told me he would call me back to let me know. we got to north haven at 1.00pm i had not heard anything so thought i would call in on arrival the cleaning staff were all out on the street and going home i assumed it would not have been a problem to get in early how wrong was i . i called again and richard answered and was not happy i had re called and i was told very abruptly that he would call when the room was ready so my wife and i had to go to the public toilets down the road to change for the funeral 15 min later, he called to say we could get in how ever we were on our way to the funeral. understand normal check in was at 2.00pm but its not like we just rocked up i had called the day before and told them of our circumstances
