Close to all the main attractions, in a good area, comfortable, and safe.
Breakfast is always the same: a pancake topped with some fruit and jam. It never changes, and I really think they should offer more variety and include some source of protein, even something as simple as a boiled egg.
There are also two cats on the property, so if you are allergic to cats, this may not be the best place for you, as they roam around freely.
Another thing to keep in mind is that they charge an additional 5% if you pay by credit card.
Other than that, my stay was good.

We were given early check in with our little son. The administrator of the property is very nice and helpful. The location is safe and near the San Pedro Mall and nearby properties. Hammocks, and seats outside.
There was a little damage in the bathroom sink, but it did not bother us as it didn't affect the water flow. The family room has no tv. It would be a great add. However, there seems to be no space for the TV.

Bed was uncomfortable, the worst during 3 weeks, but bunk beds were ok. Men, who served breakfast asked us how many pancakes we want, we said 4, because we are family of 4 and then he angrily replied: But they are big!and bring them with unhappy face. It’s ridiculous, that in Costa Rica they charge even for small kids, that don’t have their own bed, but children don’t be pretending to eat breakfast
