The surprise deposit that was requested
It was significantly higher than the price , supposedly for the minibar (which was filled with two evians and a fridge magnet for sale)… getting the remaining deposit released also takes multiple weeks…

Excellent location near the harbor / overlooking the island / 5 minutes walking to the famous pedestrian street/ very good breakfast with lots of choices for Europeans and Asians as well / super comfy bed / big and nice kids playground- can only be used 1 time/ daily- for maximum 3h- very friendly staff trying their best to assist even if they can really understand English
Swimming pool water could be warmer and the doors kept closed as it’s pretty cold inside on rainy days

The room was large. Things inside the room were well kept.
The majority of the food at breakfast were very oily. The staff wanted people to take pre-made lukewarm coffee. Not my preference.
